AISEOTX was conceived, designed, developed, and maintained by Bailes + Zindler. The project launched in 2025 as a Texas-built testing ground for AI search optimization, machine-readable web structure, and answer-engine visibility.

AISEOTX is a Bailes + Zindler project, not a separate client website. AISEOTX publishes the research, examples, archive material, tools, and AI search content presented on this domain, while Bailes + Zindler owns and operates the broader project behind it.

01 / The Build

ABOUT THIS BUILD

AISEOTX was created to make AI search work visible instead of treating it like a vague consulting concept. The site combines service education, real client examples, machine-readable files, structured data, live monitoring, and local East Texas content in one public project.

The core question is simple: what information makes a business easier for search engines and AI systems to identify, verify, retrieve, cite, and recommend? AISEOTX uses its own website as part of that test. The markup, entity relationships, content architecture, internal links, sitemaps, metadata, schema, and supporting machine-readable resources are intentionally exposed so the project can be inspected rather than merely described.

The site also gives Bailes + Zindler a place to document AI search work performed for real Texas businesses. The proof layer connects AI search concepts to actual restaurants, ecommerce brands, professional firms, nonprofits, local sports projects, and other organizations where entity clarity and structured content matter.

02 / Scope

WHAT WE BUILT

  • A custom static website built with semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript rather than a page-builder theme.
  • Organization, WebSite, WebPage, and service-level JSON-LD to define AISEOTX, its relationship to Bailes + Zindler, its location focus, and its areas of expertise.
  • First-party educational content explaining AISEO, generative engine optimization, answer-engine visibility, schema, entity clarity, citations, and machine-readable structure.
  • A proof system documenting AI search and structured-web work performed for real businesses and organizations.
  • AISEO Radar, a live monitoring surface for high-signal AI search, search-engine, SEO, and Bailes + Zindler publishing feeds.
  • The Old School Tyler archive, which preserves local East Texas history while testing how original local information can become useful, citable web evidence.
  • HTML and XML sitemaps, robots directives, canonical URLs, metadata, internal linking, and crawlable site architecture.
  • llms.txt and llms-full.txt resources maintained as supplementary machine-readable references, not as substitutes for crawlable HTML.
  • Google Tag Manager and advertising measurement so behavior and conversion paths can be evaluated alongside search visibility.
  • Cloudflare Pages deployment with the site maintained in a public GitHub repository.
03 / Outcomes

RESULTS AND OUTCOMES

The project has become more than a definition page for AI SEO. It now acts as a working demonstration of the principles it discusses.

First-party evidence AISEOTX publishes project examples, structured facts, local history, and technical resources on a domain it controls.
Machine clarity Entity relationships, services, location signals, ownership, and page purpose are stated in visible copy and structured data.
Real-world testing The site provides a place to test citation behavior, crawlability, retrieval, structured content, local authority, and emerging AI-search tactics.

AISEOTX also supports a growing library of real client work. The site currently documents projects involving The Grove, Cecil & Lou, ClimatBloc, the Strutters of the Texas Rose Parade, Leatherwood Law, The Bent Tulip, Bailes & Co., and GameDay Nearby. Those examples are used to show what was actually changed or built rather than relying on generic AI-search claims.
